Our Story

It all started with a piece of land

We were in tech. Always on, no balance. We started traveling to the Pacific coast in Mexico, bought a piece of land near the beach, and set out to build something for ourselves.

The vision grew. A personal project became a hotel. Then a second one. Friends wanted in. Then friends of friends. Then other people who got it too.

Landmates wasn't planned. It just happened.

What we do

We find unique opportunities

We show up. We drive every dirt road, walk every trail, talk to every local. From the fisherman to the farmer to the guy who knows a guy. If there's a hidden gem with ocean views and no "For Sale" sign, we'll find it. We know how to read land, evaluate potential, and negotiate deals that don't exist on the open market.

We move to where we build

We don't develop from an office. We relocate to the site, embed in the community, and stay until the project is ready to fly solo. That's how we find the best partners, move fast, and make decisions that only someone living on the ground can make.

We deliver the full project

First we design. Then we open it to a select group of investors while refining every detail. We keep improving the project as it takes shape. When it's ready, we find the best operator in the market and put it all in motion. From raw land to running hotel, we own the entire process.

We believe in doing things right

We are an investment club. We develop hotels. But we care about the land we build on, the communities that were there before, and the experience we deliver to the end guest.

We came from burnout. Reconnecting with nature changed us. Now we build places that do the same for others.

Beautiful, profitable hotels and the places that make them special can coexist. That's not idealism. That's the plan.
